I have had the idea - that it would be great, if I could get all of the people involved, to share a bit about themselves and the creation of this wonderful - Fumbling Thru The Pieces....

Q: How did you get involved in Soaps? - Julie A. Smith
A: After the recent cancellation of our beloved soaps, Ava and I were talking about the history of soaps and as a avid One Life to Live fan of 29 years, my heart is broken. I remember when I first fell in love with OLTL. It was summer break and flipping through the channels, I stumbled across this wonderful show. This beautiful woman sauntered in like Betty Davis and the voice that resonated to my senses....I was hooked!
Summer break was almost over and I had to head back to school. I thought to myself - Oh no, I'll be missing my story. I had been saving my babysitting money and decided I must go buy a VCR, and that I did. I bought one of those VCR's that had the pop-up top, remember it was many years ago!! Thus my love affair with OLTL began.
Throughout the years, falling in love with all these amazing characters that have graced the canvas that made OLTL. Just to name a few - Asa, the tough exterior with the soft interior, and the tears later as we lost our beloved Phil Carey. What can you say about Vicki/Nikki/Jean/Tommy the matriarch of OLTL as she just celebrated her 40 years on OLTL seems somehow so bitter sweet now. Then there's the love affair that we have with Bo and Nora. The lovely Hillary B. Smith and her portrayal of Nora - the quick-witted attorney who blows into town and take up residence in our hearts. I miss Wanda, Ed ,RJ, Hank, Karen, Larry, Herb, Tina, Max, Luna, Lindsay and so many more.
The story lines have always been ahead of the times - tackling tough subjects that many would sidestep and avoid. This is the reason I love this show and always will! I'll be attending the rally on the 26th in Burbank and hope to see you there too.

A web series in the making! The story of a former child star and three struggling actresses living together in Los Angeles. Think of an all-chick version of Entourage complete with the hip-hop soundtrack and the essential walk-and-talk scenes all over LA. Of course, these girls aren't at Vincent Chase status quite yet. They are, however, at wannabe and frenemie status. Oh yeah, that they got covered.

Ava: Fumbling Thru The Pieces of - Can u Draw a Picture!
Hi!!!! (smile)
Hey!!! It starts!!!
If you notice that my blogs are getting shorter and shorter this week - "help a sister out and comment..." ( smile ) - and some of the blogs this week probably will be shorter... (smile)
I have my iApple product with me most of the time and can jot down some notes as I go... But when things come rushing in - constantly ( and this not a measure of pleasant or unpleasant ) - as I anticipate they will this week - it seem, for me - so much harder to keep focus...
As much as do not like to admit this - "it feels as if my heart is overwhelmed"... A typical Ava response to a statement like this would be "huh! Can you draw a picture of this? If I cut you open, what would I see happening to your heart?" - and I feel like you would see my heart beating just a bit faster, you would see my blood going in a bit darker and coming out a bit lighter in color... And you would know that everything is just a bit more special and important.
I loose higher brain functions, and crave the "night warmth of security". I bubble and boil - hot and cold - in my feelings and the feelings of others - i save the feelings that have not yet been processed, and as they wait, stacked, they seem to weight down - but I won't let one get pass me. I get forgetful, and careless; and these would definitely be ' -er '. Oh! And I stop sleeping rest-fully, hence the warmth thing... Okay, okay...
Days later - i have noticed with things like this - I come out on the other end - more alive, more understanding of the whats and hows of nothing in particular... And Fumbling Thru The Pieces - my walls come back up!, but maybe - some day... ... ....
